Who we are
PUNTO YA CR Hosts is a service of PUNTO YA CR, a private platform operated from Santa Cruz, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. We are not Hacienda, the ICT or any platform, and we are not a law or accounting firm. Contact: info@puntoyacr.com.
What we do and don't do
We organize your booking data, calculate the monthly IVA as a reference and prepare a package for your accountant. Your accountant (or you) reviews and files. We don't file on your behalf, we don't ask for your Hacienda password and we don't give tax advice.
Waitlist
If you join the waitlist we keep your email, the number of properties, your role, your language and the date you accepted this notice. We use them only to tell you about early access. You can ask us to remove them at any time by writing to info@puntoyacr.com.
Free Hacienda check
When you use the free check we send the number to Hacienda's public lookup and show you the answer. We don't store the number or the name; we only count the type of ID and the result, to know how useful the check is.
Accounts
If you create an account we keep only what the calculation needs: properties, municipality, nights, amounts, exchange rate and filing receipts. We never store guests' names or phone numbers. Each person you invite sees only the accounts they were invited to, with the permissions of their role, and every change is recorded.
Your rights
Under Costa Rica's personal data law (Ley 8968) you can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to info@puntoyacr.com.
Price
The founding price shown is a test price. Nothing is charged today, and we will confirm the price before any charge.
